• Inclusions: All original tags and accessories must be included.

Shipping Fees

• Standard Return: Customers are responsible for the PKR 250 return delivery fee.
• Our Error: If the item is wrong or faulty, we will cover the delivery charges.

How to Process a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and Photos & Video (if damaged/incorrect).
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the shipment process.
4. Once inspected and approved, we will ship your replacement item.

Note: Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-inflicted damage are not eligible for return.
