2. Product Information & Accuracy

• Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our toys as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Descriptions: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Age Recommendations: Any age recommendations provided are for guidance only. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to check that a toy is suitable and safe for the specific child.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, and NayaPay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier before opening the package. Couriers are not authorized to allow open-box delivery.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Cancellation by Us: We may cancel orders if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Cancellation by You: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service. Once shipped, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Area: We ship nationwide across Pakistan.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is [3 to 5] working days. Delays may occur during public holidays, sale periods, or due to courier operational issues.
• Shipping Charges: Our standard nationwide delivery charges are 250 PKR (unless a free shipping promotion is active).

6. Return and Exchange Policy

• 7-Day Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
• Fees: Customers are responsible for the PKR 250 return delivery fee unless the error is ours (wrong or faulty item).
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your Order Number and photos and Video of the issue.
• Exclusions: Items showing signs of customer-inflicted damage or wear are not eligible.

7. Toy Safety and Liability (Important)

• Supervision: Toys Zone is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of products. We strongly recommend parental supervision during play.
• Choking Hazards: Many toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Please adhere strictly to age warnings on the packaging.
• Batteries: If toys require batteries, please ensure they are inserted correctly and kept out of reach of small children.

• Your submission of personal information (Name, Address, and Phone Number) is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your information only to process orders and improve your shopping experience.
